All Ceramic Crowns and Bridges

All-ceramic Braces

If the teeth have undergone root canal treatment (root canal treatment), tooth decay, trauma or wear, or tooth discoloration, etc., making the teeth fragile and in poor shape, braces and dental bridges can be used to improve the condition. All-ceramic braces are also called artificial crowns. The principle is to use porcelain materials to create braces, which can be put on the teeth to improve the problem.

Advantages of All-ceramic Braces

· The color and translucency are similar to real teeth, and they look very natural after being put on the teeth.

· The material is durable and wear-resistant to avoid chipping.

· All-ceramic is more compatible with the human body than other materials (such as alloys, etc.), so patients are less likely to suffer from tooth sensitivity or gum damage.

All-ceramic Braces Process

1. Teeth Molars and Impressions

The dentist will grind the surface of the patient's teeth into a fine shape, then take a dental mold for the patient and capture the bite position of the teeth. Finally, a temporary crown will be used to protect the patient's teeth.

2. Put on the Crown

After the all-ceramic braces are made, the temporary crown can be removed and the tooth cleaned, and the all-ceramic braces can be attached to the tooth with adhesive.

Dental Bridge

A dental bridge is a type of fixed denture. It basically uses two natural teeth as piers to bear and support the bridge. The center of the connected bridge is a denture, which can replace the missing teeth after installation. It can also improve the problem of multiple missing teeth when necessary.

Advantages of Dental Bridge

· Appearance and biting force are close to real teeth

· Instant effect

· Lower cost of treatment

· Can be used for 10-15 years

Dental Bridge Process

1. Preparation of Adjacent Teeth

The teeth adjacent to the missing tooth that will support the fixed dental bridge are ground into a suitable shape.

2. Take a Dental Impression

The dentist will take impressions of the upper and lower teeth, take the bite positions of the teeth to customize a dental bridge, and then put temporary crowns on the finely ground teeth.

3.Install a Dental Bridge

After the dental bridge is completed, the dentist will remove the temporary crown from the patient and allow the patient to try on the dental bridge and make adjustments. Finally, the dental bridge will be fixed to the teeth with adhesive.
