Dental Implant

Dental implants are equivalent to dental implants and dental implants. They are artificial implants made of titanium metal, which are implanted into the alveolar bone as the root of the tooth, and then the artificial crown is embedded on the implant. Whether in terms of function or appearance, they are comparable to real teeth and can meet the needs of people with missing teeth.

Benefits of Dental Implants

· The biggest advantage is that it is similar to real teeth, durable and beautiful, and can restore normal chewing and pronunciation abilities

· The dental implant process does not require harming or grinding away other teeth

· Can maintain bone height and prevent alveolar bone from continuing to shrink after missing teeth

· The human body will not reject or be sensitive to titanium implants

· Cleaning is easier than using other filling methods

Dental Implant Steps

1. Inspection and Evaluation

After professional examinations such as X-rays and computer scans, the patient’s health condition such as jawbone and gums will be used to determine whether a dental implant is suitable. After evaluation, a suitable artificial implant is selected and the location and angle of implantation are determined.

2.Insertion of Implants

After anesthetizing the patient, the dentist will incise and open the gums, and place the artificial implant at the predetermined position and angle to serve as the foot of the artificial crown.

3. Wait for healing

After the artificial implant is placed, the patient needs to wait about 3-6 months for the alveolar bone and implant to heal before proceeding to the next step. During this period, the dentist will put a gum healing device on the implant to allow the gums to heal into the ideal shape.

4. Put on the Crown

After the gums have healed, the dentist will put on the temporary crown and make fine adjustments based on the patient's feelings. After that, an all-ceramic crown is made to replace the temporary crown, and then permanently fixed on the implant, and the entire dental implant treatment is completed.
